Day ECsafeSEAFOOD, the final results of the project (ICRA, UNIVERSITY, IRTA)

Next Tuesday, the 28th of march at 11am will take place at the headquarters of the ACSA in Barcelona the presentation of the final results of the project “ECsafeSEAFOOD, environmental Pollutants priority in products of the sea: assessment of the safety, impact and public perception. (EU, 2013-2017)” http://www.ecsafeseafood.eu/

The project ECsafeSEAFOOD has assessed the issues of food safety related to pollutants not regulated present in the products of the sea as a result of the environment pollution and also from natural processes. Its results play an important role to ensure the confidence of consumers and to deal with the public concern in relation to the viability of the products of the sea are safe and of high quality.
